A Silver Horizon
Inspired by Zhan Wang’s "Stainless Steel Garden Rock," this space was designed to guide movement and provide a serene environment for quietly observing the sculpture's beauty. The layout subtly leads visitors toward the rock, offering a tunnel of light that reveals the sculpture from multiple perspectives. From top to bottom, the design is focused on drawing the eye towards the silver centerpiece. Natural light pours in through the skylight and large windows, inviting visitors to pause, reflect, and immerse themselves in the tranquil experience of the space.

Conceptual Designs
During my time in the Architecture program at the University of Texas, we focused on understanding the built environment, emphasizing the importance of adding and subtracting space to create more functional, expansive environments. To bring our designs to scale, we carved wood and modeled with chipboard, allowing us to explore and visualize spaces and their physical impact on the world.
